  • Speed Switch is a safety sensor to monitor the operating speed of belt conveyors or heavy machineries and detect under-speed, overspeed or slippage. When abnormal speed is detected, it triggers an alarm or shutdown signal for ensuring safe operation.

  • Material Loss Reduction: Possible to detect conveyor belt breakage immediate when it happens to minimize the loss caused by the material spillage.

  • One Push Adjustment: Adjustable at the site by pushing the button one time only so that it detects the rated speed and automatically set the tripping point. (One-Push Model)
  • Non-contact: No consumable parts because of the non-contact detection principle.
  • Variety of Lineup: Integrated Type, Sensor Separated Type, Transducer In-Panel Mounting Type and Touch Roller Type constructions are available. Ultra-Low Speed Detection Type (0.1 to 99.9rpm) available as well.
