3. Warranty Period

4. Cases of Warranty Refusal AUMI reserves the right to refuse warranty in the following cases:
• The product has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
• The product is damaged due to incorrect power supply or technical specifications.
• Damage caused by external forces or environmental factors (fire, natural disasters). • Damage caused by accidents, floods, lightning strikes, etc.)
• Product information that has been erased, is inaccurate, or whose origin cannot be determined.
• Damage caused by user error.
5. Cases outside the warranty scope: If the product is not covered by the warranty:
• The customer bears all costs of inspection, repair, replacement, and transportation.
• AUMI will inform the customer of the costs before proceeding. The customer has the right to refuse repair and receive the product back.
6. Warranty process:
• Step 1: Customer submits a warranty request.
• Step 2: AUMI inspects and identifies the fault.
• Step 3: Performs warranty repair or provides a repair quote.
• Step 4: Hands over the product after processing.
