Return and exchange policy

1. General Principles: AUMI implements its return and exchange policy based on:

• Technical inspection results

• Manufacturer’s defect confirmation

• Terms in the sales contract

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

Products will be considered for return and exchange if they fully meet the following conditions:

• The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer

• The product is still within the warranty period

• The product is in its original condition and has not been tampered with or repaired

• Complete and valid purchase documentation is available

3. Timeframe for Return and Exchange Request

• Customers must report the defect as soon as possible after discovery

• Processing time depends on the manufacturer’s regulations

4. Forms of Return and Exchange

• Exchange for a new equivalent product

• Repair or replacement of components

5. Return and Exchange Costs

• If the defect is due to the manufacturer: AUMI will bear the costs according to the manufacturer’s policy

• If not covered under warranty: the customer will bear all incurred costs

6. Regulations Exchange Process

• Step 1: Customer submits an exchange/return request

• Step 2: AUMI inspects the product

• Step 3: Confirms the proposed solution

• Step 4: Performs the exchange/return or repair

7. Notes

• Products can only be exchanged or returned after confirmation from AUMI.

• Exchanges and returns are not applicable to custom-ordered products (except for technical defects).
