Job summary:
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, service repair, and support for Markem-Imaje products and services.
Responsibility:
Bringing satisfaction to customers through technical services, installation, operation and repair of products in the system.
Perform on-site product installation according to customer requirements.
Technical advice to customers by phone or direct visit.
Monitor repairs in accordance with the Warranty/Maintenance/Maintenance Service, provide suggestions for product improvement.
Schedule and execute scheduled maintenance/service calls, visiting customers regularly.
Technical support for Sales department, planning to demo products as required from Sales department.
Requirements:
University degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, ….
Logical thinking, sensitive and effective handling of situations
Good organizational skills, ability to manage tasks and manage time effectively.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Have a sociable attitude, good teamwork skills.
Responsible, disciplined, good attitude towards work.
