Consult the Director on business strategy, business data analysis and business network development.
Developing markets, building company’s distribution networks to ensure the completion of assigned targets.
Research the market, customer tastes and competitors, propose appropriate business strategies to ensure the good implementation of the goals set by the Director.
Building the system, managing the sales staff of the department, monitoring the implementation of the work targets and revenues of the Sales department assigned by the Director.
Join with the Director in internal and external affairs and keep the company’s brand image, take care of customers to build a sustainable relationship between customers and the company.
Timely grasp the needs, arising in the process of management and administration to report to the Director for direction and implementation.
Coordinating with relevant Departments in concluding and implementing contracts and resolving – arising contract-related issues with customers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports.
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with a list of potential customers.
Update customer data, sales data in AMIS CRM Sales Management Software.
Comply with the company’s policy on information security.
Perform other tasks when required.
Requirements:
University degree or above majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Electronics – Automation, Mechatronics, other majors related to Industrial Automation.
Good English is an advantage.
Proficient use of computers and work-related softwares.
Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, business acumen.
Good communication skills, planning skills, development strategy.
Can work under high pressure.
At least 2 years of experiences in a similar position.
