To express gratitude for the tireless efforts of all staff members, while also fostering team spirit and strengthening internal culture, AUMI successfully organized a 4-day, 3-night trip to Phu Quoc from May 29th to June 1st, 2025.
This was not just a vacation, but a meaningful journey where every individual could better understand their colleagues, deepen their affection for the team, and feel more connected to the shared home called AUMI.
With the slogan: “Go to realize… colleagues are family too!”
Carrying the message: The company is like a second home, and colleagues are like family. Although each person has their own story, once we step into this place – we are all under one roof.

This trip vividly illustrated AUMI’s corporate culture – where people are at the heart, and companionship and empathy are top priorities.
