- To protect consumers from counterfeits, products requiring serialization must be verified at every step in the supply chain. Multi Code Reader solution from SICK enable automated scanning and aggregation of serialization codes and ensure compliance with the highest standards, thus increasing overall process efficiency.
- The Multi Code Reader quality control system is used to scan and aggregate a large number of serialization codes. The system can automatically scan up to 500 individual packages at one time and transfer the codes to an application-specific partner cloud for verification purposes. The scan results are shown on a touch display. A mobile hand-held scanner for manual rescan of individual codes and the build-in SICK remote Service for tailored remote servicing help ensure a high system availability.
