Redundancy modules
- PULS developed a decoupling solution with MOSFETs to fulfil the need for minimal no-load losses. For instance, when using a MOSFET module, a load current of 40A will only produce power losses amounting up to 3W.
- With MOSFETs as a decoupling element, even voltage drops can be minimised. The voltage drop at 40A output current is lower than 50mV between the input and output.
- After implementing MOSFETs, even the parallel-use mode achieves better thermal balance, thus leading to an extended lifetime of the power supplies. In this process, the load current is divided equally between the individual power supplies.
Wireless charging & Energy systems
- Continuous charging power: 3000W
- Charging voltage: 15 – 60 V
- etaLINK 3000 has a capacity of 3000W, output voltage 15-60V, output current can be up to 60A.
- Charging spot can be used inside and outside (weatherproof) by any vehicle type, battery chemistry and battery voltage without being reconfigured.
- Diverse installation, helping to save warehouse and production area space.
1-phase power supplies
-
The ultra-compact DIN rail power supplies of the MiniLine product family are made for low and medium power range from 15W to 100W.
-
The units, in their rugged plastic housing are highly efficient, compact, reliable and can be installed in seconds.
-
MiniLine users are convinced by an excellent cost-benefit ratio and a high power density. So a 30W device requires a space of only 22.5mm on the DIN-rail.
Color sensors
- Sensing distance: 12.5 mm/ 60 mm
- Light spot size: 2 mm x 4 mm/ 13 mm x 13 mm
- Output (channel): 1 color / 4 colors
- Identify and store up to four colors. No need to reprogram the sensor for changeovers, reducing downtime.
- High resolution colors can be matched exactly for better process reliability
- A bar graph display provides information about the color quality and detection reliability, ensuring simple process monitoring
Protection modules
- The PISA protection module distributes the current of a large power source to multiple lower current output channels and therefore allows for smaller wires to be used. Furthermore, it permits only so much current on the output so the input voltage of the unit (which corresponds to the output voltage of the power supply) does not fall below 21V typically.
- This ensures a reliable supply voltage for sensitive equipments, such as PLCs, controls or sensors, when they are connected directly to the same power supply as the PISA protection module.
- Less critical loads, that are not affected by short voltage interruptions or could even cause a fault on the 24V power supply, are connected to one of the four current controlled output channels of the PISA module. The protection is independent of the length of the wires or of the power supplies‘ characteristics.
