Job summary:
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, service repair, and support for Markem-Imaje products and services.
Responsibility:
- Bringing satisfaction to customers through technical services, installation, operation and repair of products in the system.
- Perform on-site product installation according to customer requirements.
- Technical advice to customers by phone or direct visit.
- Monitor repairs in accordance with the Warranty/Maintenance/Maintenance Service, provide suggestions for product improvement.
- Schedule and execute scheduled maintenance/service calls, visiting customers regularly.
- Technical support for Sales department, planning to demo products as required from Sales department.
Requirements:
- University degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, ….
- Logical thinking, sensitive and effective handling of situations
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have a sociable attitude, good teamwork skills.
