BUILDING CONTINUOUS AUTOMATIC EMISSIONS MONITORING STATION FOR CAM PHA CEMENT FACTORY

Cam Pha Cement Factory is invested by Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex). This is the most modern factory in Vietnam today (Applying advanced and modern cement production technology, main equipment in compliance to European standards), the production line is controlled with high automation from raw material input to product output. In October 2013, Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel) has become a strategic shareholder of Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock Company, marking an important milestone in Viettel’s development strategy.

The factory was built at Km6, National Highway 18A, Cam Thach Ward, Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province, with a designed capacity of 6,000 tons of clinker/day, equivalent to 2.3 million tons of PCB40 cement/year.

Aumi has completed the project of installing emissions monitoring system at Cam Pha Cement Factory, Aumi has provided a synchronous solution from automatic continuous data sampling to reporting to users and Departments of Natural Resources. Environment.

Now the system has been put into operation, the system after installation ensures the monitored parameters, sampling location, automatic emission monitoring device and accessory system, as well as ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) according to the provisions of Circular 31/2016/TT-BTNMT.

The automatic emission monitoring station of the cement industry is a system consisting of hardware and software for continuous automatic measurement of pollutant components in the emissions, storing data on the spot, on software, and at the same time being recorded and transmitted to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment according to regulations. The automatic emission monitoring system must operate stably, be tested and calibrated according to regulations and must ensure connection technical requirements to transmit data directly to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

For automatic emission monitoring devices, specifications are specified for mandatory parameters and optional parameters. Includes: lowest measuring range, highest measuring range, repeatability, linearity, zero point drift, range calibration drift, response time, maximum exhaust gas temperature, operating temperature, the values ​​are converted to standard conditions specified in current documents (25oC, 1atm)…The emissions monitoring system at Cam Pha cement plant installed by Aumi operates under a completely automatic process, the station will record the parameters of emissions quality (Flow, dust, temperature, NOx, SO2, O2) and transmit them to the Data Center to help control the quality of the waste source.
